I wear a large. I am 170lbs with 36b bra size. I ordered the large. I figured if I got a large it wouldn't be too big in the breast. I will be returning them because they are too small. If you are skinny these might be for you but not for girls with curves.Update 12-3-2020:So after returning the large I decided that I would try out the XL. So much better than the large. I do have some of the same issues with the bra but at least now I dont feel like something is crushing my ribs. Inserts are too large for my poor B breasts. I will probably be removing them and replacing them with ones for my size. All the other bras like these were not my style so I did not want to give up on these yet.
