I loved the shoes as soon as I put them on. Incredible heel support for those who occasionally suffer from Planter's Fasciitis. I also have neuromas on both feet on my fourth toe. On the second day, I began to feel uncomfortable, which I knew would turn to pain. I gave 4 stars for the support in the forefoot of the shoe. It's not as good as a heel brace for those of us with neuromas. I have placed a gel pad for the ball of the foot in the forefoot and a thin pad on top that covers the entire inside of the shoe to keep the gel pad from moving and they are in perfect condition now. I think they'll be fine without adding padding up front if you don't have neuroma, but a gel pad will fix that if needed. The heel hold is excellent! They are snug so you may need a shoehorn to put them on, but your feet won't slip. I'm thinking about getting another pair to be able to switch between pairs.
