Great lightweight pads that work well for what I need them for. I'm a clerk in large grocery stores and spend a lot of my time kneeling down to stock the bottom shelves. I had severe knee injuries and needed something to protect them from comminuted cuts. I'm a petite woman and the regular knee pads that men wear in my work clothes would be too bulky and women's athletic knee pads would have to be worn by me until I could remove my shoes to take them off. out. It was a great alternative, they are fully adjustable and easily removed when I leave the store. The only problem I found with standing and walking was that they would ride up to my calves and I had to adjust them when I had to get back on my knees. It wasn't a big deal considering they are perfect in every other way and protect my knees. The choice of colors was an added bonus, I choose the khaki coyote and they are great, even when wearing shorts they don't look ridiculous on my skinny legs. I recommend them to men and women who work in hot weather or who need to move freely without the bulkiness of traditional knee pads.
