This T-piece fits my 7/8" toilet socket perfectly and the on/off lever unscrews the spout (bidet) as described. At first I thought the threads on the 3/8" fitting for my bidet inlet hose (using the standard 3/8" compression fitting on the hose that came with the bidet) were different enough that the hose would not thread onto the T-piece, found out that the problem is with the hose itself and everything is connected correctly. This tee is perfect for 3/8" fittings and I will definitely be buying again.
