The computer came to Windows 10 without proper documentation. After about an hour on the phone, Dell Support finally resolved the issue by providing a new activation code. Partitioning the hard drive made it difficult to add new programs because the C drive was partitioned into such small partitions and the D drive was so large. In fact, the C drive was so full that it seemed like there was simply no space left to delete programs that had already been downloaded. Contacted tech support and said it was a user issue and it would cost more than 50% of the cost of the original computer to recommend using the hard drive as partitioned. I could have fixed the issues, but because of these issues and poor tech support, I returned the computer with full credit and purchased HP. Like H.P.
