Oh my gosh, I’ve been wanting one of these TENS Units for so long and I’m glad I finally took the plunge. I herniated a disc one year ago and suffer from muscle spasms frequently. The tens unit is AWESOME! It can totally relax the muscles in my legs and back and give me some relief from the pins and needles sensation that gets activated when I tweak my back. I really only use it at home so battery life has been more than plenty. And once you figure out the settings it’s super easy to use! I can’t stop telling all my friends!
