Worked well for the first month and a half. Then the seal on the pressure reducing valve burst and gas leaked out in our apartment. Luckily we were in the kitchen and smelled the gas and even saw it coming out of the exhaust valve. We have a flashlight connected to a 20lb bottle with an adapter hose from the same manufacturer. The hose with bypass valve is included in the original scope of delivery. If we hadn't been in the kitchen at the time, all 20 kilos could have ended up in our apartment. It's life threatening. Further examination of the hose and pressure reducing valve revealed that they had no seals. This means they are not approved or tested to any known standard. Given that these devices are made for personal use like campsites and apartments, I wonder if it's even legal to sell them without testing. However, I would like Revain to have a quality control system that does not allow potentially dangerous products to be sold.
