The flexible earplugs are made of very soft silicone and are very comfortable to wear. They also look very good because from a distance they look exactly like a pair of modern wireless earbuds. If people just look in my ears, they probably think I'm listening to music. The earbuds are very secure in my ear and their tips do a great job. Based on my own experience and estimates, they can block out about 80% of the noise around me. They won't completely block out all noise, but it's enough for a restful sleep while I use them on the train. The only drawback is the high price. While they are reusable, they still get lost or lost. Unlike disposables, I have to keep track of them and remember where I put them after each use.
