UPDATED: Although I really didn't like it at first, I decided to wait another week. It irritated my skin for the first few days and gave me a few pimples, but once I get used to it, it works great. I use a very small amount (unlike most pumps you can squeeze very gently and get a few drops) and only use it at night. I use Mad Hippie Vitamin C Serum Facial Oil and Nourishing Spray throughout the day and a very moisturizing cleanser. At night I wear this and MH eye cream on top of the vitamin A serum. I think when winter comes it won't moisturize enough as a night cream, but so far it's working well. Wearing this during the day when it's warm gives me little bumps and it's like a film that makes my skin sweat profusely. With the Nourishing Spray, Vitamin C Serum, Vitamin A Serum and Eye Cream, I noticed a noticeable reduction in wrinkles, especially on my chest. I've never used that many products but they seem to be effective and don't bother my sensitive skin like most products do when I'm not wearing them during the day. read rave reviews. I love serums but after three days of using this cream I have to give it up. Most reviews speak of its lightness, but that's not my experience. The cream leaves marks on my face and it feels like my skin can't breathe. It also burns slightly for the first few seconds, which another reviewer says could be due to the lime extract. Maybe that's why I have 4 pimples after using it, although I'm not prone to pimples at all. It feels like I'm somehow lacking in moisture and there's too much moisture clinging to the skin's surface. The pump means you don't have to put your fingers in the product, but I'm not a fan because it doesn't let you control how much product you waste each time. I will try writing Crazy Hippie to see if I have a rotten product that has not been stored properly but for now I am under the impression that the vitamin C and vitamin A serums are amazing. The eye cream is good. But this face cream and face sunscreen leave a rough film and weigh on my skin. I will continue to use the serums with my favorite DermaE night cream.
