Anaxon Help Desk/Solved/HP Printer won't print, new black cartridge installed
I bought this in January as a backup, when I installed it tonight it didn't does not print. Okay, I still have ink in the original HP cartridge, freshly installed, and it prints with no problems. Did HP have software interfering with printing? The printer noticed and warned that I was using non-HP inks. I called Amaxon support, they said to reinstall it, everything worked. So more trouble
- Don't waste too much time
- Not as good as it says
