The best part is that it's very user friendly even for those who have no technical knowledge of any kind! It also has an excellent support team which helps you out in every way possible if needed (even after hours!). They've been able to help me with so many problems over different projects I'm working at this moment - from booking flights tickets or hotel rooms up until managing my staff rosters. Nothing really comes across as bad when using their software. There are some minor issues here and there but nothing too serious either.
