We just bought our first house and I really needed something for the wall and that was the first thing I saw. We used the stencil as an outline, not so much as following the directions because it was tricky and the decals didn't align properly, so we just looked past that and basically moved the stencil and placed the decal where it should have been must . The trick to removing the adhesive and protective film is to use a utility knife. To remove the adhesive we simply took a knife and carefully inserted it under the numbers on the back of the sticker. With the protective film, just sliding the knife anywhere seemed to work, it really sped up the process. My daughter and I had a great time with it and it looks great. Note, however, that they will not move once cast, so there is no room for error.
