C+, One of the USB ports is not working.

The first slot works, but it's difficult to put half a USB in the second. Would recommend another brand. It's not flimsy and breaks easily, just disappointed that the second slot didn't work. It's really cheap but doesn't look durable. You will likely need to purchase a port expander to prevent damaging it, which is recommended. You can find a cheap one at Daiso for $1.50 to attach.
