Well, at first I didn't think there were assembly instructions, but then I saw a half-faded piece of paper I guess where the instructions are. it was like blowing pieces but with no labels, nothing to distinguish one square piece from another, slightly larger or smaller, same size. After building most of the Swedish apartment furniture from this blue and yellow shop, I figured what would happen and just took it as a puzzle. The quality of the wood is the same as any other flatpack pressboard, but the metal was just plain sad. The fittings were the cheapest I've seen, poor welds on the stems, misaligned pilot holes. The good news is that they gave you 1 extra piece for each type of gear. Now that's done, it's holding the printer as intended and should be fine for years to come. If you're easily frustrated and/or don't have much experience with flat packs I'd go ahead, but if you're willing to take your time, consider this a puzzle and find out how to lay flat packs. put together and like the look, then it's not bad.
