Very disappointed will not buy Venus again

I am very disappointed with this product. I've always loved Venus razors, but I've never experienced more irritation from a razor than this one. Burns, rashes, scratches, cuts, stubble, ingrown hairs, all thirty feet. Incredibly itchy later, despite intensive hydration. Venus has lost me as a customer.
