Some pros: I always buy this powder, I'm satisfied with the color and the way it lays on the skin. Different cons: The powder came with a lid scratched on top and not fixed inside. As soon as the lid opens, the powder itself immediately strives to jump out of the jar. nothing attached to the bottom of the package.
