We are using this dress for a Halloween costume and it is great quality! I bought a size 12 my daughter weighs 81lbs and it's a bit tight in the bust/waist area not much stretch but i was expecting that because i measured it and it was a little over the size in the description it had a fishy smell when we got it took it out of the box but letting it air out should help!
