To be honest I had low expectations for the price and it's from China. But it was cheaper than the expensive Boppy pregnancy pillow and it feels so good. I love how it fits my body perfectly. The arm arches were an ingenious design, I sleep on my side. The only thing I would change is that the head/neck pillow is SUPER thick. They say you can close and remove the filling at will. But I wish I didn't have to do that in the first place. And the second thing I would change is the tape holding the two sides together. It's not strong enough, so it slips at night. If it had been a little thicker, this could have been avoided. But that's not a deal breaker. I have had 4 pregnancy pillows during my 3 pregnancies and this is still the best!
