Tiles and grout look new
As you can see in the before and after photos of my mother's kitchen, the gray tiles and grout are blackened in places with grease and dirt. This product worked great! My mother was delighted with the result and said her floor looked like new! Tip: I used a Scotch-Brite cleaning brush (off target) because I didn't want to scratch the tile. The fumes aren't bad, it smells kind of like chlorine, but just open the windows and put on a mask and gloves. I am a perfectionist and I highly recommend this product.
