I am a 75 year old female with a physical disability. The table was brought quickly but it was difficult for me to get inside. Once inside I was excited to start assembling. The instructions recommend working with two people. At times I could understand why they recommended it, but with a little ingenuity it was easy. It's inconvenient to work afterwards. So if you have someone who can help you, you will immediately see your desk. I had reservations about putting the table on the carpet as it is narrow but well balanced. I have an active cat who has found many uses for the table. The only thing she did was knock off the stand which I use to avoid getting wet rings on the tree. If you are looking for a beautiful solid wood table, then you have come to the right place. A table is nice behind a sofa or along a wall.
