I just received this drive and it won't stay connected to my Catalina Mac. It initially connects and appears as a removable disk, but randomly disconnects and reconnects. I couldn't save a file to the disk because it keeps dropping and I get the error message "disk removed incorrectly". I will buy a new USB3 cable. Maybe that's a problem. I will update this review once I have a new cable. UPDATE: I bought a new micro USB cable from Best Buy and the drive works. So. The cable that came with it was defective, so I had to spend another $13 to get it working. The drive itself is unremarkable. Transferred 300GB in just over an hour. Not exactly super fast. So it works. I just wish it worked when I got it.
