Excellent customer service and the deal is perfect.

The case is nice and thick! We broke our last TV due to hitting the Wii controller so we bought these straps to make sure it doesn't happen again and after about 10 uses (we don't play often) my son dropped the remote and the remote control off . The strap broke and hit the TV screen directly, but the thick casing prevented it from breaking. I suspect it was a factory defect that any of them could have, from any company. The rubber case is the key to loving these cases!
