I have a 34C bust, about 140lbs, 5ft 6in and I bought this medium sized bodysuit. I bought this for cosplay and I warn you there is too much fabric. Perineum, so it looks like you have a camel toe. It was too big at first, but after washing and drying on high heat, it fit perfectly. It's a deep V notch, but there are wires. up to keep it where it's supposed to (unless you're jumping or raising your arms above your head). My only real issue with this is that after the first wash, one of the bust wires poked through the fabric, nothing I couldn't fix but kind of a shame considering I only tried it twice.
