Love these containers
I had weight loss surgery and preparing meals and snacks for work is an important part of my progress. These containers are perfect for snacks or even small meals which is how I like it. Containers hold about 1/4 cup plus a little more. They're leak-proof and easy to clean, with no little nooks and crannies to worry about. As long as you clean them, they also resist stains better than other plastics I've used. They are stored in the freezer, refrigerator and microwave. If you need a good 4 to 6 ounce container, these are my favorites!
