Not waterproof without a little DIY.

Works great as described except waterproof. Failed on the second day of the trip when it started raining. Moisture detected behind the lens. The lens is attached to the ring with a screw. If I were to do it again I would smear silicone or teflon tape on the threads before getting wet!
