This was exactly what I was looking for. In the early 2000's, local pharmacies sold this style of 3 beach towels for $10, but that's no longer the case. We use these towels instead of bath towels as we find them to be versatile. Yes, everyone is right, these towels have flaws characteristic of their manufacture. In many ways, they're like "pet care"! hahaha! They are fibrous, so you need to use scissors and carefully cut the threads. They'll snag sometimes, so you'll have to fix that, and they throw enough lint down your dryer vents to "tie your own cat or dog"! :) But with the time you invest in them, they become great. We have had these towels for over a decade which is why I have now had to buy these new ones, our old towels have worn out. My advice is to be patient and with regular use you will have an amazing set of towels. in summary. ;)
