Cannot open but feels like a decent amount of product. I shook the jar - you can hear the product moving, it doesn't look like there is too much space in it. Chop and add to eggs, make an omelette, add to stews, chop and add to pasta batter for extra nutritional value, add to smoothies, add to meat dishes, mix with meatloaf for a nutritional boost. Yes, if I need those things, I'm glad I invested in them.
