Review on Doublju X-Large Women's Stretch Pencil Skirt in Clothing and Skirts by Leanne Steltz

Hello! So I was confused by the mixed reviews, some saying to go bigger, others saying to go smaller. Also, the fact that it's labeled Plus Size - maybe that means it's only Plus Sizes? This is definitely NOT an oversize. I ordered size S thinking it would be big enough. My waist is 25 to 28 inches depending on the time of day/month and how much I've eaten. Small "fits" but it is very tight. I think the waist will become uncomfortable after a few minutes of wearing. / probably makes it hard to breathe. The quality is pretty decent for the price, I agree it's like a t-shirt. Elastic, thick and durable. I wish I had ordered Medium or maybe even Large sizes for convenience.
