Assembly: I remove the star because IES does not take the needs of the consumer into account when assembling. In the installation guide there was only a picture of the panel and its parts. There is no guide or template. This is a $70 product and we were shocked that there was no installation template! It took us precious time to measure and create our own template - why not include a template for easy customer installation! All the videos I watched showed how to tape the template to the wall before drilling. If I had known that, I would have bought a different brand. Feature: I love the width of this towel rail. It easily holds two large bath towels side by side. I'm impressed with how durable this shelf is - don't worry about it falling under the weight of heavy bath towels. I bought this for the extra shelving that would definitely come in handy in our guest bathroom.
