Easy to attach to the wall. It would have been better if the mounting plates could be planned with wall bolts, but I only mounted the rack on drywall. Offers space for 5 large towels. Looks good and shines. Worth the price. I highly recommend.

Initially I liked everything about this shelf but after only 3 months I was incredibly disappointed to find that it was starting to rust. this and now I have to buy something else and pay for the installation again. Don't waste your time and money, don't repeat my mistake!

I bought from this seller but unfortunately after a month the towel rail doesn't sit flush with the wall and I have to keep re-tightening the screws and after a day or two it will be back Come on. I have contacted the seller and no response. They are not responsible for a defective item, no guarantee and I wasted my money but most importantly I have 2 big holes in my walls. I have never had an experience like this with Revain except from this seller.

Looks good but attaches to the wall with just two screws, one on each side. After a few weeks it started falling out of the wall, I fixed it, and after 3 days it started falling out of the wall. Now I will try bigger screws. Two screws are not enough for two towel radiators and a shelf. Never cluttered, basically just used two towel rails. Based on the reviews and previous products I have purchased from KES I was confident in this purchase. While the product itself looks good there must be a lack of quality control. Has been targeted or brought together the other side of the same arm (see picture). Of course, I didn't notice this shortcoming until I installed the shelf. As I had already drilled the holes and installed the fasteners, I would like a replacement. That the part is square.

Assembly: I remove the star because IES does not take the needs of the consumer into account when assembling. In the installation guide there was only a picture of the panel and its parts. There is no guide or template. This is a $70 product and we were shocked that there was no installation template!
