protective film is excellent. It works very well with the fingerprint sensor. I have no problem with recognition. The privacy screen is decent. I've definitely had screens that looked darker from the same angles, but I think that's because the screen is thinner than regular screen protectors. Overall I think it's great. My biggest complaint is that the usage instructions are not very clear. The screen film has 2 holes on both sides to help you align. The video I watched (many times) before applying didn't mention this. So my screen was crooked, partially obscuring the front camera and sometimes lifting slightly when I pressed the phone case (usually by pressing the buttons). Just keep this step in mind when applying the screen and you should be happy with it.
