Was a lifetime Whal user until I bought their 5000 series beard trimmer on the very best day a few years ago. It was a very good decision so I decided to take a chance when my Whal nose trimmer died. I wish I had bought this sooner. Works very well, no scuffs or nicks. Very good size for easy handling and runs on AA battery, not AAA battery. If you're thinking of this thing then just buy it, you won't regret it.
