👶 Holy Land Market Olive Wood Children's Nativity Set - 12-Piece Set (3 Inches): A Timeless Treasure for Little Ones Review

I bought this to use with the religion class "God Game". Children can play with it without fear of breaking it. I intentionally wanted fewer details so the kids could let their imaginations run wild. The only reason I put 4 instead of 5 is because one of the sages is tipsy. I have to sand the floor to make it level. The size corresponds to the size of the hand. children like them.

I bought this Christmas set to give a Scripture Night for the 12 days of Christmas. It works great for that! The parts are smaller than I expected and some of them are a little hard to tell who they are or what they are. For the price and purpose - excellent. Great that it's also made of olive wood. I would love to have it again for the same purpose or use at church for teaching about the Nativity of Jesus Christ.

Bought to replace several main characters from my children's Christmas set that have been missing for the past 25 years. I was able to draw the appropriate one, which was fun. I was disappointed with the faces - they looked slashed and the round markings from the eye drill on animals were often very irregular. I wasn't expecting (or desiring) amazing craftsmanship, but I wish the faces had been given a little more attention.

I understand this is a children's item; However, when I saw it online, I was struck by the simplicity of the design, which uncompromisingly preserved the natural beauty of the wood. I was not disappointed. The finish is excellent, with a buttery sheen, smooth feel, and overall decent. I bought it to wear all year round because we celebrate the birth of Christ with Thanksgiving every day and it's a charming reminder.

I was busy looking for a non-white nature for my brown grandson to play with. Well, as a white grandma, I knew Jesus was brown, Israeli, I just had no idea nobody gives birth to non-white people. I found and bought a good one from Ebony Treasures, but it wasn't made for a child to move people and animals. So it works and was affordable. but it's not pretty. Roughly carved figures make it difficult to distinguish Mary from a shepherd, or Joseph, or a donkey from a cow. Nevertheless it works.

This is a lovingly carved animal Christmas set; Although smaller than I expected, it is well made and the olive tree is beautiful. It will be interesting for children and grandchildren to look at the details and hold the figures in their hands. It took a long time to get here, longer than advertised, so I asked about the possibility of losing it. The people of Israel responded quickly and were willing to express my concern and satisfaction.
