Was looking for a mask to walk through busy city streets during COVID-19. This was a great choice as it breathes well and is easy to wash. It warms up from my breath and gets damp after my usual 30-60 minute runs. It's very easy to pinch my mouth and nose while running and fall on purpose if I have to, it becomes difficult to breathe.

Bought for running during Covid Not wearing this type of hijab I can only walk for 25 minutes before it gets too sweaty/stretched to stay on my face. I thought I had a normal sized head - maybe I didn't. Very easy to breathe and wash well but I don't know how useful it is as a face covering if it doesn't hold up on its own after a moderate workout.

Love my Buff for hiking and running as a face mask when passing people on the trails. It also works great as a sunscreen on hot summer days. It also absorbs moisture. I took it for a 16 mile run in the mountains last weekend and it worked amazing and I could feel it cooling my neck. Also just use it as a face mask for storage. I usually always wear a hat, so it's easy to make a face mask out of it. $35 is a bit expensive for this product

Ordered this hoping it would work to cover my face when I go out (due to Covid19) but it's not tight enough to wear on my feet alone stay. I still keep it and just have to use a clip or whatever to keep it in place. It's fairly soft and thin, breathable which is a plus and works for a few other functions when it's cold outside. Overall it's a little pricey for what I need but there isn't much choice as all the other face masks are in stock or out of stock.

I thought it would be a bit thicker and warmer. Lightweight and breathable - not bad. but not what i was looking for. Also, I see on the list here now that it needs to be hand washed. It's not on the label and I washed it - DO NOT PUT IN THE WASHER/DRYER. The fibers got tangled so it doesn't look like it anymore and now it scratches my face and stretches to keep it from staying on my head. I won't wear it anymore. very sad. :(

This multifunctional Buff hat was made from inferior material compared to the merino I previously purchased directly from Buff.com. Both edges of the fabric have a seam and fabric care label that cause skin irritation. The fabric sagged and stretched after the first wash. I found running with this buff as a face shield very uncomfortable as the material is itchy and it looks like a poor quality fabric. Overall I was very disappointed with this item sold on Amazon. I have issued a refund.

I was looking for a neck warmer that I can wear indoors and out without the dangling/bulky shawl ends.
