Review on Ortz Dog Whistle Stop Barking by Kelly Zitzner

I use it every time my neighbor's rottweiler barks (he barks non-stop in the evening, at night and early in the morning). There's a wall between us, but most of the time the dog lives in our backyard, or so it sounds. However, when it's not summer, we have the windows open, my kids go to bed early, this dog never seems to stop barking infrequently. So we tried that. It's hard to say if it worked or not. The dog is still barking. I blow on him and he doesn't stop barking at that point, it takes about 5 additional barks and then he stops. So not sure if what it was barking at is gone or if it was. It definitely didn't hurt to buy it to try, but it's hard to tell if it's a fix or not. The dog hasn't barked that much lately, but I think we're the only ones that have had problems with that. Maybe the owners finally did something.
