The problems started when I opened the box and I would like to add that this is my honest and unbiased review. . I decided to apply some Fabreza but same smell after an hour. Second, two screws were missing as luck would have it, I had the same screws from another Ikea project. The frame is strong enough, but don't put too much pressure on it as it may bend. The device is very short, because you have to reach down at the bedside table. The boxes won't hold more than a few pounds because the bottom is very thin. A hard floor for the drawer to slide out on would have been much better; like a thin piece of veneer you bought at your local hardware store. When installing the screws for the top, be careful not to over tighten them or they will rub against the wood. No metal inserts to prevent over-tightening. All in all, this is a very cheap and flimsy knot, not worth the money.
