Cats are so hard to predict, who knows if they'll actually like something? I'm pretty sure our cat takes hissing for a sign of affection. Well she loves it. I know this because she sat on it for two days. The fabric is really cozy and the pillow is actually a lot bigger than I expected. I thought about the size of the heating pad, but actually it's more like 4 heating pads. The pillow is thick and plush and feels very comfortable. Inside, the heating element looks like any other heating pad. When you unzip and feel, you will see that it is quite warm, but due to the thickness of the pad, it will keep enough warmth for the pet. This pad easily fits a small to medium sized dog as well as a cat. The ONLY downside is that there doesn't seem to be an auto-disable feature. This makes sense as the animal obviously can't turn it back on if it freezes, but it seems dangerous to me. You can forget about it and leave it on for a few days/weeks/months. Another thing is that there is no way to know how much a startup costs. For us, this is a luxury item. I'm glad she likes it but it might be a bit pricey for my budget.
