I was so excited to get this as I am renovating our room. We received our package today, opened it up, put it on the bed and it looked so amazing. We were lounging around and noticed a really bad smell. It smelled like burnt tires or smoke. I sniffed the bed and realized it was from those pillowcases! The smell was so bad and so strong that we had to remove those pillows from the bed as it had transferred to our other pillows and clothes! I checked how we can do that. Wash them and all the instructions said "see label inside a pillow case. I checked the label and all it said was "stain clean with water only". I can't get rid of this smell by just cleaning it with water .You only need to speak if something is spilled on him.So useless.I don't know what to do about it but I can't get rid of that damn smell by just cleaning it with water.In case anyone else has this problem, did you wash it in the washing machine anyway?or maybe you just sprayed it with febreze or perfume because i'm confused.i love them but i can't stand them.
