I do not recommend buying these pillowcases. They are poorly constructed with very poor quality materials (fabric, threads and zipper included). The fabric is relatively soft but sheer and so light I was afraid they would fall apart after the first wash. I didn't have a chance to find out because the zipper broke on both ends the first time I opened it! First, the zipper wasn't sewn properly, there were no stitches at the ends to stop the zipper. other end. The opening is 15" wide, too narrow for a 20" wide pillow. If you're wondering if I've encountered any defective pillowcases that have passed quality control, it doesn't seem to have been the case. I bought three sets of these pillowcases and all six pillowcases have a narrow 15 inch opening and all six ripped the first time I opened them. I have already printed return labels.
