Review on 🚗 Nilight 10001S-A 36W LED Light Bar Spot - Off Road Lights for Jeep with 2 Years Warranty by July Sin

I don't usually leave reviews. But I'm so sick of messing with these ridiculous lights, and NiLight clearly doesn't care about helping their customers. I bought 2 of these lamps at the end of July, they were delivered at the beginning of August. They were purchased for our '86 Club Car golf cart as an optional accessory light. We have small kids so we also got a set of RGB LED strips for fun colors. When the sets arrived, I immediately opened them up and showed them to my husband because we loved them. A screw was missing holding the light to the bracket so I emailed the company and they promptly sent a new set of hardware. Well this kit was a completely different size of gear and wouldn't work with the light I had. So back to the email to see if they can resend the correct one. This kit was a little late, but it finally arrived. With a mechanically abandoned 😂 husband, 6 month old and 2.5 year old kids, it took me about a week to finally find some free time to come back and complete this project. Well, surprise! The new hardware kit has 2 different sized screws for the screw I need but none of them fit properly. One fits the threads but not the length, and the other doesn't even go through the hole in the bracket to get to the threads. What the heck is there!? So of course I'm upset. I didn't want to wait for an email response so I called the number provided on the website. It's 844 and the woman on the other line just said hello. If you call the company on 844, expect some sort of recorded greeting with a bunch of clues as to what you need or something. Not just a quick hello. like I called her cell phone? Anyway I tried to explain to her what was going on but there was a language barrier and she kept telling me to email. I've been fighting this for a month at this point, so I just want to return all the kits I've bought and choose my second choice. But guess what?! I can't return now because the return period expired YESTERDAY. POOH!? So now I have to tell my pesky perfectionist husband that his precious headlights are going to look ridiculous because I have to pack stupid stuff. With brackets. where everyone can see it. Wish me luck.!
