From all the reviews I read that a really really large size was recommended and as it was intended as a middle finger ring for my niece who wears a 6th size ring finger but 7 for her middle finger, I originally ordered 8. It was REALLY too big, but 7 is perfect. The color is just the right shade of soft pink, like it's a REAL depression-era rose gold that was so abd when it all started in the US, or just like fine Italian or Russian gold. It has the same oily sheen. Nicely done! Now let's just hope that this beautiful finish will stand the test of time and wear and tear!
