The guide said I need a 14 inch wiper.
Management said I need a 14 inch wiper which I ordered. What I got was a 13 inch wiper and after using it twice it fell apart and started scratching my windshield. I then stopped in a rainstorm at my local auto parts store who sold me the correct windshield wiper for less money than I paid for this one, it was the right size and showed no signs of breaking down. If I could rate this with zero stars I would.
