written instructions are almost useless.

Youtube video helps, but . . . the gap at the top of the coverage area is obvious. Many installation problems. Have them, but time will tell effectiveness.

Bought hoping it would fit the rear window.

Bought hoping it would fit the rear window of my 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe but unfortunately it didn't. So I can't say anything about the product as I haven't been able to use it.

Works well but instructions can be unclear.

Easy to install and works well. As mentioned above, the instructions don't tell you the difference between big js and small js. As a suggestion, try the small J setup, and if that doesn't work, just continue with the big J setup. :-)

Terrible instructions. I had to figure out if my J-Hook was big or small. I went through the Forest Gump but the little one was 9x3 and the big one was 9x4. It is not said what was meant by 9x3 and 9x4. I still have no idea. Maybe it was the ratio of length J to width? Wouldn't it be easier to just have a scaled image that you could attach to the wiper arm?

The guide said I need a 14 inch wiper.

Management said I need a 14 inch wiper which I ordered. What I got was a 13 inch wiper and after using it twice it fell apart and started scratching my windshield. I then stopped in a rainstorm at my local auto parts store who sold me the correct windshield wiper for less money than I paid for this one, it was the right size and showed no signs of breaking down. If I could rate this with zero stars I would.
