The ability to create custom workflows is great! And it's free. I like that we are able to set up workflows that include multiple stages and tasks that can be triggered from many different sources. We have been able to set up our workflows so that they automatically send out emails when certain conditions occur. This has cut down on the amount of time needed to manually check off tasks and track progress. As far as the interface goes, I think there could be some visual enhancements. It can be difficult at times to understand what stage of a task you're currently on. Also, sometimes it takes a while to load a page after clicking it in order to open. Digital Fusion allows us to track all aspects of our business, whether it's sending out an email with a list of customers or updating a document in the cloud.
