The platform has been easy enought from start-up phase with little or no training required until now when we are getting used it fully in production environment - but still not very intuitive at times (or maybe just me). The ability to create custom workflows is great! And it's free. I like that we are able to set up workflows that include multiple stages and tasks that can be triggered from many different sources. We have been able to set up our workflows so that they automatically send out emails when certain conditions occur. I like how customizable it can be with many different layouts to choose from. I think the UI could use some work. The design may look dated by now. It's also not exactly easy to customize the layout of most pages. It requires a lot of clicking around in order to get the page you want to view. The most helpful thing I found about digital fusion was getting rid of excel from my workday with an app or tool like it can't be used only in one desktop but everywhere you are there as well have no errors during using this software!
