Better than clinical strength!
First of all, I'm not a very sweaty person (unless I'm at the gym). I used regular strength antiperspirant/deodorant until I got pregnant and had to bring it up to clinical strength (damn hormones). After having a baby I only got worse and used clinical strength twice a day and still smelled. My sister recommended this and I figured it wouldn't help in any way. To me, this thing is AMAZING! I apply it after showering (sometimes not even every day), hold my hands up for about 30 seconds to let it dry and I got rid of the pit smell :)
