I chose this mount because it was inexpensive and seemed suitable for my use. I use it on my stationary bike so it shouldn't be hard. It mounts easily to the foam covered handles (I had to remove the rubber insert in the mounting handle) and seems to hold tight. This mount gives you a very wide range of positioning and only fits my T-Mobile REVL with a thin protective case. The locking button is in the center of the stand. It turns on when you place your phone in the stand, which in turn presses the button and releases the locking levers to grab the corners of the phone. Not sure I would use this on a mountain bike as it doesn't feel that heavy. For moderate use, this mount is economical and ideal.
