I have had this for 8 months for business. Nothing but problems. DURING video conferencing, the system keeps crashing! The image flickers and streaks CONSTANTLY at both 50 fps and 60 fps. The auto focus no longer works. Customer service is useless. The user interface is bad. I've updated, uninstalled and reinstalled the software several times, but no improvement. In the end I gave up and bought the Logitech Brio. That works great. By the way, I'm running Windows 10 on Lenovo 2020 with Wi-Fi, 841Mbps download speed and 41Mbps upload speed. It's not a bandwidth or embedded processor issue. Spend money on what works.
