Much less than expected!
I don't like the fact that the picture showing the size of the pad on the hand is very misleading. This shows that the pad covers the entire arm. It's not like this. I have rather small hands and the pad only goes to the tip of my pinky so they used a kid's hand! The sizing information provided is correct, but since there is a picture meant to reflect sizing, it's tempting not to pull out a tape measure and trust the picture. We, like mother used to say, will never trust strangers. Disappointed and returned.
