I met someone who had a similar one and she told me she’s had this leash for years. She also has a puggle who chews. Only bad thing was the pouch with doggy bags became separate in no time and the clip wouldn’t stay in place but the leash itself is very good and sturdy. My puppy tried chewing but is unsuccessful, this is the 5th leash I bought for Barney, (he’s 2 years old) he’s a strong chewer, hopefully the leash will continue to last.

I bought two of the slip leads for my 53 pound pibble. The first one did not contain a "stopper" and after using it once I came back to amazon to buy this one. It's great. You set the stopper easily enough and it doesn't slip, which means when the "noose" closes it doesn't choke the life out of my dog but stops exactly where I have it set. No more, no less. I bought this for my puppy, Ryder, but this leash is way to big for her. It will be perfect for her as a adult but at the moment she is only 6 months old so yeah it's way to big on her but it will work some day lol. It's super thick and very well made for sure but yeah it is very big and very stiff to begin with. So yeah don't get I you have a small dog. Overall a nice leash. Sturdy enough & comfortable hand grip. Wish that it was a true 6ft. Seemed shorter than the one I bought this one to replace.Chew proof, nothing is with a puppy.

The handle is comfortable, and the poo bag is handy. But it doesn't stay in place on my dog's neck. I slide the little tab into place, but it always loosens up. My dog is a bit of a puller, so it slides down towards her throat.

My fur baby is an aggressive chewer and he defeated this lease easily. I loved the pouch attachment, but lost it during a beach trip of my puppy running loose like he had no sense. It was initially a strong sturdy lease but my baby was like ohhh destroy. Good luck.

Overall wonderful the adjuster that keeps it from getting too tight is great, my only issue was the adjuster that keeps it from getting too loose falls and then doesn't allow it to loosen.

Our dog likes to pull in the beginning of walks. I had absolutely no more pulling problems with this leash. The extra storage zip up baggy is a nice extra touch!
